We understand that sometimes a piece isn’t quite right for you. If you need to return an item, please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it with your return parcel.

Returns Checklist:

• Items must be returned unworn and in new condition.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• Returns must be received within 7 days of purchase.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please ensure your return meets these requirements, as items that do not may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Items paid for by other means may only be returned for Store Credit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email info@bonafidestyle.co.nz as soon as possible to arrange your exchange.

We cannot guarantee that your preferred item, size or colour will still be available. Once your return has been received, your replacement item will be dispatched within 5 working days, subject to availability.
