These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Bonafide Style website and purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order with Bonafide, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours and sizing information are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and device.

Products are subject to availability.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Customers with a rural delivery address must select the Rural Delivery option at checkout. If Standard Delivery is selected for a rural address, an additional delivery charge will apply before the order can be dispatched.

Nothing in our Returns & Exchanges Policy or these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

Promotions

Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates or exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other offers.

You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use our content without our permission.
